November Luncheon: Getting Comfortable With AI, Again: From Chatting to Doing featuring Dr. Elizabeth Volini

Dr. Elizabeth Volini will help PWCC members move from chatting with AI to having it do real work. With a live demo, she will show where AI helps, what to hand off, and where human judgment stays essential. Attendees will leave with a simple way to give AI a clear job and one small experiment to try.

Dr. Elizabeth Volini is AI Product Engagement Director at JLL, where she’s building the company’s AI Center of Excellence from the ground up and leading change management for AI tools and people, helping JLL’s 110,000+ employees navigate and build the capabilities they need for the AI economy.

She brings more than 20 years of experience in IT and program management, including data center builds and migrations, infrastructure and cybersecurity transformation, and divestitures, delivered at both startups and Fortune 500 companies.

Elizabeth recently completed her Doctorate of Business Administration at DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Her published research focuses on end-user adoption of AI, including how people can recognize and navigate AI bias. She continues that work today as a Researcher in Residence at DePaul.

Elizabeth speaks nationally on AI adoption, responsible AI, and change leadership. She also founded and chairs Women Transforming Tech at JLL, a global community of more than 1,000 members across 30 countries.

Braiding Sweetgrass blends Indigenous wisdom, scientific knowledge, and personal storytelling to explore our relationships with the natural world and one another.
