We'll have a 45-minute Roundtable Discussion and open Q&A with Suzy Welch, facilitated by Marilyn Dollar and joined by Cassie Crist, exploring the importance of understanding your values and how they play into your career choices, leadership styles, and decision making. This is your chance to ask Suzy — and each other — real questions in a room designed for a conversation, not a lecture.
Suzy Welch is a Harvard-trained NYU Stern professor and three-time New York Times best-selling author, best known for her latest book, Becoming You. Beyond the classroom, she's a familiar voice on the Today Show and in the Wall Street Journal, and leads NYU Stern's Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing.

Marilyn Dollar is a Chicago-based executive coach and founder of The Woman's Coach, trained directly under Professor Suzy Welch as part of the First Cohort of Becoming You Coaches. She spent 14 years at Mars Wrigley, the last six as Senior Global Manager, before shifting into coaching — experience that now shapes how she helps women navigate real career crossroads. She's a familiar face in Chicago's business community through her work with PWCC, Chicago Innovation, and the Chicago Executives Club.
Cassie Crist spent over 20 years as a CPA and corporate leader before trading the boardroom for the kitchen, founding Cooking with Cass — a culinary and entertainment studio in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood. A dedicated DEI leader and volunteer in the fight to end Alzheimer's and in support of the military and veteran community, Cassie brings a firsthand story of what it looks like to rebuild a career around your values, not just your résumé.
